Questions
Can I change my seat?
Until the bus is sealed for departure, yes — at any counter, or by calling the number on your ticket. There is no charge for moving within the same class.
How long is my seat held while I pay?
Ten minutes, counted on our servers rather than in your browser. If the bank takes you to another page, the clock pauses while you are there.
What do I need to show when I board?
Your booking number. That is all for a domestic journey — the conductor reads it off your phone or a printed ticket.
What about travelling to India?
Every passenger needs a nationality and a travel document recorded before departure, and must carry the original. You can enter the number or upload the document when you book.
Can I cancel?
Yes. What you get back depends on how long before departure you cancel, and the exact figure is shown to you before you pay — not after.
Is my payment secure?
We never see your card or wallet credentials. Payment happens on eSewa or Khalti and they tell us the result.
Can I book for somebody else?
Yes. Put their name against the seat and your own number as the contact, and the ticket will reach you.
What if the bus is cancelled?
You are refunded in full, automatically, to the method you paid with. You do not have to ask.
Do children need their own seat?
Under five travels free on a lap. Older than that needs a seat, and we ask you to mark them as a child so the driver has it on the manifest.
Can I hire a whole bus?
Yes — weddings, school trips, pilgrimages. Tell us the date, the number of people and where you are going, and we will come back with a price.
